I have known Mr. Clark for the past eight years and he has provided service on my home heating and air conditioning equipment during that time. In all cases he has provided timely, competent, excellent service. I purchased a complete new heating and air conditioning system and a hot water heater form Mr. Clark to replace my old heating system. His installation was professional and complete, to include the restructuring of the vent system. The system was state of the art and on three occasions there have been problems which required research and coordination with factory support. In all cases, Mr. Clark handled the problems in a timely and efficient manner. In one case, it was necessary to completely replace the heat pump coil. Mr. Clark performed all these corrective actions under the warranty, without additional cost to me. I feel that Mr. Clark is an asset to the community and an example of professional excellence.
