To Whom It May Concern:

My wife and I were asked to provide a letter of reference for Mike Clark and Air Carolina. We recently received assistance with a central heat and air unit installation, and the level of service received makes this letter easy to write.

In a day when prompt and reliable service is not always the norm, we were extremely pleased with the outcome of our experience with Air Carolina. Mike was very knowledgeable about the equipment that we needed, and he supplied that information without pushing us into anything. We did not feel as though we had been "sold"; we felt as though we were being taken care of. Mike took the time to explain the functionality of the new system so that we would use it in the most economical fashion. Again, he was interested in our well-being in all respects.

We were also pleased with the timing of the installation. Mike was on time and he delivered the finished product in the time frame that he promised. This made our lives easier and allowed us to conduct our lives with no interruptions. My wife and I operate our own respective businesses and this facet of the experience was especially refreshing.

All in all, we were extremely pleased with Mike Clark and Air Carolina, and would recommend them to anyone in need of the same product and service that we needed. We have no doubt that everyone will find the experience as refreshing as we did!
